In-Person: Visceral Manipulation-Oriented Physical Therapy
I work with individuals in-person as a licensed Physical Therapist with a somatically-informed focus in delivering Visceral Manipulation through my on-going training with the Barral Institute, an osteopathic manual therapy body of material called Visceral Manipulation. This is an excellent way to work with bodies and the nervous systems that go with them through gentle and precise therapeutic touch that supports bodies to come into balance to recovery from pain, chronic illness, and a variety of other conditions.
Remote: Nervous System Wellness Coaching
This is a 1-1 offering for those who are interested in living a nervous system-informed life & receiving support in healing their nervous systems as well as understanding how to support their body-mind to shift from functioning primarily from a place of survival energy to a place of thriving.
Sessions are conducted remotely over video and incorporate many of my experiences and skill sets from Somatic Experiencing, certified wellness coaching, osteopathic models of working with the body, parts work, and more.
Sessions are $105/ 50 minute session.
